Caroline Collier

Caroline started dancing at a young age and began serious ballet training at age 11 when she joined Columbus Dance Theatre’s Intensive Training Program. During her time at CDT, she performed in numerous productions, including lead roles in The Matchgirl, Wonderment, the ITP Showcase, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

She furthered her training through summer intensives with Cincinnati Ballet and the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago, gaining valuable experience and exposure to a variety of teaching styles and techniques.

Caroline continued her dance journey at the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in Business while remaining actively involved in the Pitt Ballet Club. There, she performed in well-known productions such as The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty, among others.

Now based back in Columbus, she works in recruiting at Abercrombie & Fitch and is thrilled to return to Columbus Dance Theatre as a youth ballet teacher. She is passionate about creating a love for dance and is excited to provide the same inspiring and supportive experience that she had at CDT.
